| FUN FACTS FAOTA entered 17 routines in this national competition. 14 of those routines placed in or WON overall awards. THAT'S AMAZING! Because of these incredible performances, Miss Heather was given 3, count 'em, 3... TOP TEACHER AWARDS. You kids are AWESOME! FAOTA received MORE PLATINUM AWARDS at this competition than they ever have at previous national competitions. Everyone gave STELLAR performances! FAOTA took 1ST, 2ND & 3RD PLACE OVERALL for their dances in the 13&up group division. Those 3 routines received prestigious PLATINUM AWARDS! FAOTA took 1ST, 2ND & 3RD PLACE OVERALL in the 13&up vocal division. Those girls can SING! This is the 2ND YEAR IN A ROW that the SISTERS & MISTERS were named 1ST PLACE OVERALL for their group performance. Will the 3rd time be a charm?!?! This is the 2ND YEAR IN A ROW that FAOTA had the OVERALL TOP VOCALIST. Bam! Last year's Top Teen DANCE SOLOIST was named this year's Top Teen VOCALIST. That's talent! FAOTA's YOUNGEST PERFORMER placed in overalls for the 1st time at national competition. Woohoo! FAOTA STUDENTS got to meet, take class from and take pictures with hip-hop choreographers, TABITHA & NAPOLEON D'UMO from So You Think You Can Dance and DOMINIC SANDOVAL from SYTYCD and member of Quest on America's Best Dance Crew.
